Predator and prey: natural selection and data gathering lab (biology honors)

This is the same lab as Shane's except I stress more emphasis on natural selection and makes students transfer their data into a bar graph.

Students model natural selection and gather and organize data by hunting for beans using forceps. They watch the population change due to selective pressures.

Materials:
- forceps or chopsticsk
- lima, kidney beans and lentils
- petri dishes or small bowls of some kind

There are lots of details about how to execute this that I will share with anyone who wants- just let me know. Can be adjusted for different grade levels.
